EEE Departmental Open Days

I had a great time explaining the 1st year student experience and showcasing some of the outcomes and project work -- such as the lunar rover summer-term project, as well as the full-stack understanding of a computer from the quantum device physics level to the high-level programmers point of view via compilers and assemblers.

I hope that these efforts by our department have encouraged high-school students from around the world to pursue engineering in any regard, via universities like Imperial College London, or in their own experiences and opportunities.

Next year, I hope to develop some more complicated demonstrations to make an eye-catching display showcasing engineering impact, using the additional knowledge I have gained from my studies and experiences.
